We make it really clear that our SIMs only work in unlocked phones! ⚠️
If you're overseas with our SIM and you pop it into your locked phone, you may get an error telling you the the SIM isn't valid or that you need a network unlock code.
In cases like this, it's best to call your Aussie network provider and ask them to unlock the phone for you (sometimes they might charge you a fee!). Once unlocked, the SIM will work in your phone!
