Setting up your eSIM on Huawei Devices

What you’ll need:

  • An unlocked iPhone or iPad that is eSIM compatible
  • The eSIM QR code sent to your email open on another device or printed out
  • An internet connection
If the QR is not showing on the email app, jump on a web browser and use 'website view' to view the QR
Do not delete your eSIM after installation. You will not be able to rescan it and we will not be able to recover it.
  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Networks > SIM management 
  2. Select Add eSIM as SIM 2
  3. The camera will open to scan your QR code
  4. Agree to add the eSIM and it will start downloading it. 
  5. Your eSIM will be activated automatically. You can disable is in Settings > Mobile Networks > SIM management > SIM 2 
  6. Make sure your Data Roaming is turned on
  7. You’re connected!
