Sometimes SIMs can take a little bit of fiddling around to get going! This is completely normal and easy to do.

Here are the first thing you want to check before you start troubleshooting:

Are you in one of the 71 countries that the SIM works in?

You can find the list here.

Have you turned on Data Roaming and restarted your phone?

Here's how to turn on data roaming if you're not sure!

Have you checked your APN settings?

Make sure you've changed your APN settings to "three.co.uk"
